1. What does “dry hire” bartending mean?
Dry hire means we provide the mobile bar, professional bartenders, mixers, garnishes, and all the bar equipment, while you supply the alcohol. This option gives you flexibility and can often save money compared to full-service bar hire.

2. Do you provide alcohol or mixers?
No — we operate on a dry hire basis. However, we’ll create a tailored shopping list for your wedding, party, or corporate event so you know exactly what (and how much) to buy.

3. Can you help us plan the drinks menu?
Absolutely! We can design a cocktail menu for weddings, fun mocktails for parties, or a signature drinks list for brand events. We’ll make sure your guests are impressed and your drinks match the vibe of your event.

7. How long does setup take?
We usually require 1–2 hours before the event to set up the bar and equipment. Larger wedding receptions and corporate events may need extra time.

8. Can you do non-alcoholic events?
Definitely. We can create a mocktail bar hire package or serve stylish soft drinks — perfect for family-friendly celebrations, wellness events, or alcohol-free corporate functions.

9. What do you need from the venue?
We ask that the client provides a suitable space for the bar with safe, level ground. For outdoor events, please note that shade or cover for the bar area may need to be arranged by the client to protect bartenders, guests, and drinks from direct sun or rain. Access to power and running water is helpful but not essential. Our mobile bartending team is flexible and can adapt to most locations.

4. What’s included when I book a mobile bar?
Our standard mobile bar hire package includes:

  • A fully equipped mobile bar

  • Professional bartenders & barbacks

  • Bar tools & cocktail-making equipment

  • Basic mixers, juices, syrups, and granishes

  • Setup and breakdown of the bar
    Optional extras such as glassware, signature cocktail upgrades, and upgraded garnishes can also be added.

5. How many bartenders do I need for my event?
As a guide:

  • 1 bartender for up to 50 guests

  • 2 bartenders for 50–100 guests

  • More staff for larger or high-volume events
    We’ll advise on the ideal staffing levels based on your event size and service style.

6. Do you travel to different venues?
Yes! Our mobile bar hire service can be set up anywhere — private homes, gardens, marquees, wedding venues, or corporate event spaces. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

11. What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made prior to 7 days before the event are refundable minus the deposit. Closer cancellations may incur charges — full details are included in our booking contract.

12. Do you offer multiple bar set ups?
Yes! Multiple bar set ups can be added for an additional cost.

13. Are your bartenders experienced?
Yes — all of our bartenders are trained, professional mixologists with years of experience in weddings, private parties, service industry, and corporate events.
